How It Works

HELP IS JUST A PRESS OF A BUTTON AWAY!

Once your button is pressed, a signal is sent to our monitoring center who will then attempt to speak to you through your device. Each trained emergency agent will assess the situation and send HELP if needed, or call a family member on your Emergency Contact List. We can also notify any family or friends that you would like us to from that contact list. Our agents will stay on the line with you until help arrives.

We will contact all friends or family members for you after an alert has been signaled. You may provide us with all medical information, surgeries, prescriptions, or allergies that we can pass on to EMS.
